Here's everything I use to make my beaded charms. For the thread, I'm using Miyuki 330 DTX beading thread. You can definitely use other brands of nylon threads, but what's important is that it is thin enough to pass through the bead several times, but sturdy enough to not break. For the needles, I use standard Miyuki beading needles. And again, you can use any brand as long as they're thin and long enough to work with.

For the beads, I'm using Miyuki round seed beads or they're also called Rokai in size 110. In terms of colors, I usually work with transparent or luster finishes as they reflect light super nicely. I buy them at the factory store in Japan, but when I'm not there, I get them from Panda as they ship worldwide. I added the link in my bio if you're interested.

I also love using these little triangle trays as they're super practical when you have to put beads back into their containers. For the fillings, I'm using either heartspun cotton balls or large glass or plastic beads. Their diameter depends on the size required by the pattern. I'm also using these three types of pliers and sharp scissors. A lot of y'all have asked me about my containers. They are actually nail art storage boxes that I found at a dollar store.
