⏱️ 00:00 — Materials & Setup
A lot of y'all have asked how I turn my beaded charms into pendants, so here's how to do it. First off, you will need flat-nose pliers, beaded charms, and of course jump rings. I'm using these ones specifically as they're thin enough to pass through size 11/0 seed beads. I also sometimes use an extra plier if my fingers are too slippery.
⏱️ 00:15 — Threading the Charm Loop
The first thing you'll have to do is to open the ring using the pliers. Once it's open like this, you just have to grab your beaded friend and gently pass it through the bead you want it to be hanging from. If you're working with a round beaded animal, you can just pick a bead somewhere in the center like I did for this frog.
⏱️ 00:30 — Closing the Jump Ring Securely
And then the last step is just to close the jump ring real tight using a second plier if you can't grab the jump ring with your fingers. And there you go, the possibilities are now endless. Keychain, earrings, necklace, I can't wait to see what you'll be making.
