Once you place an order on mindofjulia.com, your digital pattern is delivered on your order confirmation page, by email, and stored in your personal file portal.
You do not need to create a traditional account or choose a password. The file portal is created automatically using the email address entered at checkout. It stores your purchased files and lets you access future pattern updates.
How to access your files
Enter the exact email address you used when placing your order.
Click Continue.
A second screen will confirm that a one-time login code has been sent to your email. Check your inbox, including Spam, Junk, and Promotions.
Enter the code on that second screen. No password is needed.
Open your order and download your pattern PDF.
Why does the Download button open a login page?
The Get Your Files email and the order confirmation page contain secure links to your file portal. When you click Download, the link may first ask you to verify your email address. This is normal and does not mean that your files are missing.
Enter the email address used at checkout, request the code, and enter the code sent to your inbox. There is no password to create or remember.
Downloading on a computer (Mac or Windows)
Open the download link or your file portal in your browser and click the download button. The PDF will usually be saved in your Downloads folder. You can open it with any PDF reader or directly in your browser.
Downloading on a phone or tablet (iPhone or Android)
Open the email or file portal in your phone's browser and tap the download button.
Important: Do not rely only on the temporary preview that opens in your browser. Save the complete PDF to your device first:
iPhone or iPad: Use Save to Files and choose a folder.
Android: Save the file to your Downloads folder.
Once it is saved, open the PDF from your device's files or PDF reader. This keeps the diagrams crisp and makes sure you can find the file again without reopening the email link.
Printing your PDF
For the best results when printing at home:
Paper size: A4 or US Letter both work.
Color: Print in color because the color references matter.
Quality: Choose High quality or Photo if your printer offers that option.
Scaling: Choose Actual size or 100%, not Fit to page.
Printing at a copy shop
Most copy shops can print the PDF from a USB drive, phone, or email. A basic loose-leaf printout works perfectly; binding is optional.
I did not receive the email or login code
Check your Spam, Junk, Promotions, and other filtered folders.
Search your inbox for [email protected] or Mind of Julia.
Make sure you entered the exact email address used at checkout. If you used Apple Sign-In or another email address, use that specific address.
Wait a few minutes and request a new code from the login page if necessary.
Check that your payment and order were completed. If checkout failed, the payment may be reversed automatically and no order may have been created.
