We send the PDF as a downloadable link immediately after checkout. If you can't find it, here are the five things to check, in order:
1. Check your spam / junk / promotions folder
Look for an email from us. It's usually waiting there.
2. Confirm the email you used at checkout
Sometimes there's a typo, or you used a different email than the one you check most often. Look at your order confirmation email, that's the address the PDF went to.
3. Check your Mindofjulia account
Even if the email is missing, the download link is always available in your account at mindofjulia.com/account. Log in with the email you used at checkout and go to "Orders".
4. Did you buy on Etsy?
If your order is from Etsy (not from our website), the download is in your Etsy account under Purchases, not in your Mindofjulia account. It's the same pattern, just a different storefront. Go to etsy.com/your/purchases to find your order.
