I use Miyuki 330 dtex 100% nylon thread. Here are a few great alternatives I also like:

KO (made by Miyuki) or One-G (by Toho)

Whatever you choose, make sure the thread is thin enough to pass through your beads several times and strong enough not to fray easily.
